Creative Meditation with Colours

Colouring is a form of meditation. You can reshape your thoughts and resolve psychological blocks.  Colouring goes beyond being fun activity. It improves your focus, improves your sleep, controls anxiety and boosts your immunity. If you practice it on a regular basis it will help you stay calm in any situation.

Leading contemporary artist and art therapist Shan Re launched an adult coloring book titled “Creative Meditation with Colours”. She created the book to spread awareness about the importance of art in daily life and the impact of colour on our mind.
